| How to Use This Portal |
| Welcome to our Supplier Information &
Requirements Portal. This page is designed to help you quickly
understand the quality, documentation, and compliance expectations
that apply to all products and services supplied to our company.
These requirements support product conformity, traceability, and the
standards of our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. The portal
is organized into a hierarchical taxonomy of Purchase Order (PO)
clauses.
Each category groups related requirements so you can easily find what applies to your materials, components, or services. |
1. Understanding the TaxonomyThe taxonomy is divided into major sections such as: · General Requirements · Quality Documentation & Records · Product Identification & Traceability · Process & Manufacturing Controls · Packaging, Handling & Delivery · Nonconformance & Corrective Action · Right of Access & Verification · Regulatory & Ethical Compliance · Supplier Performance & Monitoring Each section contains specific clauses that describe expectations for suppliers. These clauses apply to all suppliers unless otherwise noted.

2. How to Find the Clauses That Apply to YouIf you supply O‑rings, seals, or elastomeric products:Focus on clauses related to: · Material certifications · Shelf life and expiration · Packaging and preservation · Lot/batch traceability These requirements help ensure that elastomeric products maintain their integrity and meet the specifications listed on the PO. If you supply machined or fabricated components:Pay close attention to: · Dimensional inspection requirements · First article or initial sample approval · Process change notifications · Calibration of measuring equipment · CRC Process Specifications cited in purchasing documents and drawings · Special process controls (e.g., plating, coating, heat treat) These clauses help ensure that precision components meet dimensional, material, and performance requirements. If you provide general distribution items or commercial off‑the‑shelf products:Review the sections on: · Conformance to PO requirements · Certificates of Conformance · Packaging and labeling · Delivery accuracy These clauses ensure that commercial items are properly identified, traceable, and compliant with PO specifications.
|
3. When Requirements ApplyAlways Applicable:Most clauses apply to all suppliers, regardless of product type. These include: · Conformance to PO · Right of access · Change notification · Nonconforming product reporting · Record retention · Ethical and regulatory compliance Conditional Clauses:Some clauses apply only when specified on the PO or when certain product types are involved. Examples include: · Material certifications · Dimensional inspection reports · First article approval · Shelf‑life requirements If a clause is conditional, it will be clearly referenced on the PO or communicated during onboarding.
